The United States and the Czech Republic enjoy a partnership that began over 80 years ago when Tomáš Masaryk and Woodrow Wilson pledged together to be friends and allies in the cause of democracy. This Czech-American partnership is deeply rooted in the shared ideals of our two countries.

The U.S. Embassy in Prague works together with the Czech Republic to strengthen our partnership by advancing the key goals of regional stability, economic prosperity, and democratic transition within the Czech Republic and in Central Europe. Our historic partnership is alive and thriving today in the U.S. Embassy's engagement in the Czech Republic.

What has been the evolution of blogging in the Czech Republic? How are blogs deployed at Czech news servers? Under what circumstances should public figures blog?
